1. All the monthly dues are to be deposited in the Punjab & Sind Bank Taraori Branch by the 10th of every month failing which a late fee fine of Rs. 20/- every day will be charged. In case of Quarterly payment plan also dues are to be deposited by the 10th of April, July, October, and January.
2. In case of non- payment of dues till end of month, the name of the child will be struck off the rolls, the child, however, can be re- admitted with the permission of the principal. A fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for re- admission in such cases.
3. Dues once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances, except Security Amount.
4. Name of the student will automatically struck of on failure to pay fees on due date.
Fee Payment Options
With effect from this session, school offers three fee payment plans out of which the parents have to select one according to their budget.
Plan A (Annual payment) :
Pay all the charges including tuition fee & transportation charges for the whole year at the time of admission & avail a waiver of one month’s tuition fees.
Plan B (Quarterly payment plan) :
Pay admission fee at the time of admission & divide all other charges including transport charges for the whole year into four equal parts. Pay in four equal installments in the months of April, July, October & January.
Plan C (Monthly payment plan) :
This is the existing payment pattern, pay annual charges at the time of admission & monthly charges every month. In this case, fee for the month of June is to be paid in the month of May, for the month of January is to be paid in the month of December & for the month of March in February. Tuition fee is payable for the whole year i.e. 12 months but transportation charges are to be paid for 11 months excluding the month of June.
